I recently purchased this puzzle at the Better Home and Living Show in Napier. The design is lovely and eye-catching, and workmanship of the pieces intrigued me a lot. I am an avid jigsaw puzzler, and thought that it would give me a new challenge – I was not wrong. The different shapes of the pieces and the way they fit together was amazing – some tiny, the shapes of the pieces (the panda, the kettle, the fish etc), and figuring out how they all fitted together was baffling at first until I settled into it. I did need to take time out often, but after a quick break, was back into it. With mostly working on it in the evening after work, I finished it in a week. On writing this review, I noted the pictures from the ordering page, and have only just noted some of the pieces make up a dragon; I missed this when I was putting it together. Brilliantly done. The laser cutting is so fine that the design is not lost at all. My husband will certainly be buying me some more (hint, hint) – hurry up Christmas!!

This was the most challenging puzzle I’ve ever done! I stayed with it and the sense of accomplishment is worth it! The surprise added difficulty but also added enjoyment. So much fun! I absolutely love doing these beautiful puzzles, the sense of satisfaction every time a piece settles into place!
