Q. How long until my order is shipped off?
A. We will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive a email with a tracking number.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A: In New Zealand the courier should deliver within 4 days once item is picked up. For deliveries in Australia it should be delivered within 10 days once the item is picked up.

A:Yes we are a New Zealand company started November 2020 and our puzzles are 100% made in New Zealand

A:We maybe able to change your shipping address on your order before your item leaves us. However if you order has left us unfortunately its out of our hands.
