Q. What does it mean if a puzzle says it’s on back order?
A. When a puzzle is on back order, it means it’s not quite ready to send out. You can still buy a puzzle on back order and we will dispatch your puzzle within two weeks.

A: Yes. We stand behind the quality of our puzzles. All our puzzles come with a guarantee of quality craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your puzzle, please contact us, and we will work with you to make it right.

A: All puzzle pages state whether the puzzle is in stock or on back order.
Q. How long until my order is shipped?
A. We ship within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order. You will receive a email with a tracking details.
Q. Can I buy replacement pieces for my puzzle?
A: We cannot offer replacement pieces for our puzzles as each puzzle is unique. Please take extra care when handling and storing your puzzle to avoid losing pieces.
